A gentle, body-based path for the woman ready to listen differently — and to be held while she does.
BEGIN A CONVERSATIONThe body has always known how to listen.
The work is to remember how to follow her.
This is coaching for the woman walking her own legal, considered path — held, witnessed, and slow.
I come to this work from more than thirty years of cultivating my practice within the Ritz-Carlton tradition of extraordinary wellness, integrating massage therapy, fitness, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and sound healing — embodying trauma-informed awareness. From a lifetime of studying the nervous system, and from my own apprenticeship with Dr. Patricia Allen, Dr. Donny Epstein, Lynn Andrews, John Demartini, and Judith Kravitz.
What I share here is what those decades have taught me about the body's intelligence — and about how to support a woman who is undertaking a quiet inquiry that asks something tender of her nervous system.
The work is somatic. It is slow. It honors the body as the first authority — and the relationship as the container that lets the body speak.
The arc of any considered inquiry — held in conversation, in the body, and in time.
Before. Nervous system readiness, intention, the conditions of safety. We do not begin until the ground is steady enough to hold what may rise.
During. A held cadence — somatic check-ins, breath, the steady presence of a witness who has walked this terrain. The body sets the pace.
After. The slow weaving of what arose into the life that asked for it. Insight is not enough. Integration is what makes it real.
This is private, one-on-one coaching. It is somatic and conversational. Sessions are typically virtual, in slow sequence, at a cadence the body sets.
What I do: hold space for preparation, protocol cadence, and integration. Bring three decades of somatic, nervous-system, and breath practice into the room with you. Witness what the body is asking for and help you listen back.
What I do not do: provide, source, supply, or recommend any substance. I do not prescribe or diagnose. Anything you choose to take is your own decision, made within the laws of your jurisdiction and your own informed conscience. I am a coach, not a clinician.
If clinical support is the right next step, I will say so — and I have a referral network I trust.
Investment is shared in conversation. Every woman is met where she is.
This page exists for women who have already begun their own quiet inquiry. I do not promote, prescribe, or supply. I support the woman who is doing the work — legally, considerately, and on her own terms.
Write to me. I read every note that arrives and reply personally — and we'll find out together whether the timing is right.
